Job Description: Job Title: Android Malware Reverse Engineer Role Summary: Conduct reverse engineering and security analysis of Android apps, SDKs, and binaries to identify malware families, detect threats, and improve threat detection systems through static and dynamic analysis. Expectations: Analyze malicious mobile software, develop signatures for threat detection, and collaborate with cross-functional security teams to strengthen detection pipelines. Key Responsibilities: - Perform complex reverse engineering, decompilation, and unpacking of Android applications and SDKs. - Identify malware, PUPs, and APTs using static/dynamic analysis techniques. - Create Yara signatures and improve detection accuracy in automation pipelines. - Author technical reports for non-technical stakeholders and validate peer analysis. - Research open-source intelligence (VirusTotal, ExploitDB) to identify threat behaviors.
