Job Description

We are seeking a Software Developer with 4–5 years of experience to build, enhance, and support internal applications. The candidate will work closely with users to gather requirements and deliver practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Build, modify, and support internal applications
Write, test, debug, and document code
Work directly with users to gather requirements and design solutions
Participate in code reviews and testing activities
Track assigned work and deliver features on time

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
4–5 years of real-world software development experience
Experience with modern web frameworks (React and/or Blazor)
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Ability to write clean, reliable, and maintainable code
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with .NET and C#
Experience with Databases and T-SQL
Experience working in enterprise or manufacturing environments
Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Strong problem-solving skills
Good understanding of UI/UX principles
