Job Description
**Job Title:** Implementation Consultant **Role Summary:** Lead the full implementation lifecycle of a SaaS platform for public‑sector clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, configuration, deployment, and value realization. Act as the primary client liaison while coordinating with product, value, and customer success teams to deliver measurable outcomes. **Expactations:** - 3–5+ years managing software implementations or client delivery projects, preferably in SaaS or technology environments. - Demonstrated experience with public‑sector or government customers and an understanding of local authority workflows. - Strong stakeholder management, able to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences. - Technical proficiency in platform configuration, API integration, dashboards, and data analytics. - Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and to quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Own end‑to‑end implementation projects: kickoff, planning, configuration, testing, UAT, and go‑live. 2. Collaborate with client teams (engagement, data, communications) to define objectives, data sources, and workflows. 3. Configure and customize the platform: build dashboards, integrate social media, surveys, feedback streams, and ensure data accuracy. 4. Develop and manage detailed implementation plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, and resource needs. 5. Conduct testing, validation, and user acceptance processes. 6. Capture client feedback, troubleshoot issues, and work with product and data teams to refine processes. 7. Maintain clear documentation, configuration records, rollout guides, and client‑specific setup notes. 8. Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing and maintaining delivery quality. 9. Contribute to survey design, questionnaire creation, methodology refinement, and automation. 10. Support value teams with training, product demos, and general assistance. **Required Skills:** - Client‑facing communication and stakeholder engagement. - Problem‑solving and analytical thinking. - Technical configuration and customization. - API integration and data ingestion. - Dashboard creation and data visualization. - Survey methodology and Boolean search familiarity. - Presentation of performance insights to internal and external audiences. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Scrum, or Customer Success) are an asset.
