Video Editor / Media Content Specialist
**Role Summary**
Create and optimize video content that drives conversions across social media and landing pages. Combine media asset handling, creative concept development, full‑cycle editing, and performance analysis to produce high‑engagement, platform‑specific videos.
**Expectations**
- 3+ years in video editing or post‑production.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating media processing and editorial work.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Hands‑on experience with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook formats.
- Knowledge of viral trends, platform features, and AI tools to streamline workflow.
- Upper‑intermediate English (B2) or better.
- Ability to iterate quickly based on data insights.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Media Processing & Organization** – Convert RAW files, apply color LUTs, tag and store assets in DAM, create internal guidelines.
2. **Concept Development & Collaboration** – Co‑create ad concepts, prepare creative briefs, align shoots with marketing objectives, stay current on trends.
3. **Video Production & Editing** – Edit with rhythm, sound, color, typography, and effects; deliver polished, conversion‑optimized videos for each platform.
4. **CRO & Performance Analysis** – Test creative variations, review metrics, adjust strategies, conduct A/B tests, implement learnings.
