Role Overview

The CRO Video Editor plays a dual role - combining the operational precision of media processing with the creative expertise of full-cycle video production. You’ll be responsible for organizing and preparing raw photo and video materials, ensuring consistent quality and structure, while also developing complete, high-performing video creatives from concept to delivery.

This includes everything from converting and tagging footage to crafting data-driven, high-converting ads and funnel videos for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and landing pages. You’ll collaborate closely with marketers, videographers, designers, and copywriters to turn insights and raw assets into engaging, conversion-focused content.

Key Responsibilities

Media Processing & Organization

Process and organize incoming photo and video materials from client shoots.
Convert RAW files and ensure consistent visual quality and color profile application.
Upload, tag, and maintain all assets within the company’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
Create and maintain internal guidelines for file organization, color LUTs, and upload standards.
Support the creative team by preparing source materials and ensuring accessible, structured media libraries.

Concept Development & Collaboration

Brainstorm and develop creative ad concepts with cross-functional teams (marketing, copywriting, videography).
Prepare shoot guides, reference materials, and creative briefs to align production with marketing goals.
Track and apply current video trends, platform features, and viral content strategies.
Communicate proactively on project progress, challenges, and improvements.

Video Production & Editing

Edit and enhance videos with strong rhythm, sound, color, typography, and effects to maximize viewer engagement.
Deliver polished, conversion-optimized videos tailored for YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and landing pages.
Develop narrative structures and storylines that align with each platform’s audience and funnel stage.
Perform color correction, trimming, cropping, and basic sound adjustments; integrate graphics, music, and effects.
Implement AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and editing quality.

CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) & Performance Analysis

Implement new creative ideas and concepts to improve video performance and engagement.
Collaborate with marketers and analysts to review performance data and adjust creative strategies.
Participate in A/B testing, analyze funnel and page metrics, and apply learnings to future edits.
Experiment with creative formats, transitions, and storytelling approaches to increase ad effectiveness.

Requirements:

3+ year of experience in video editing or post-production.
Strong portfolio demonstrating media processing and video editing expertise.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects).
Experience of working with video rhythm, sound, transitions, color correction, typography, and effects to maximize viewer engagement.
Hands-on experience with video formats tailored for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Solid understanding of viral video trends, formats, and platform-specific features, with the ability to implement them effectively.
Upper-intermediate (B2) English or higher for communication and documentation.
Ability to test and iterate based on performance data.
Experience using AI tools in the video production workflow.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.
Curiosity to explore new tools, trends, and creative techniques.
Adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced production cycles.
