Job Description
Job title: Kotlin Coding Specialist – AI Trainer Role Summary: Train AI models to understand, generate, and refactor Kotlin code by reviewing AI output, providing expert solutions, and documenting reasoning. Expectations: Deliver production‑grade Kotlin code, adhere to best practices, and produce clear documentation that informs model learning. Key Responsibilities: - Review and refine AI‑generated Kotlin code for correctness, performance, and clarity. - Write clean, efficient, idiomatic Kotlin solutions for bug fixes, feature requests, and refactors. - Apply modern Android design patterns and best practices (Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Jetpack libraries). - Document the reasoning process to guide AI model training. Required Skills: - Proven experience building and maintaining production‑level Android applications. - Deep knowledge of Kotlin and Android development: Jetpack Compose, Kotlin Coroutines, Room, WorkManager, Datastore, ViewModel, Hilt. - Proficiency with build.gradle configuration, dependency management, and networking libraries (OkHttp, Retrofit, Coil). - Bonus: familiarity with CameraX, ExoPlayer, or Media3. - Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisions clearly. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
