As a Kotlin Coding Specialist – AI Trainer, you’ll play a key role in teaching AI systems to understand and generate world-class Kotlin code. You’ll bring your Android engineering expertise to guide how these models learn to reason, problem-solve, and write software like a professional developer.

What You’ll Do

Review and refine AI-generated Kotlin code for correctness, performance, and clarity
Write clean, efficient, idiomatic Kotlin solutions for real-world development tasks (bug fixes, feature requests, refactors)
Demonstrate modern Android design patterns and best practices in your solutions
Document your reasoning process to help the AI learn expert coding approaches

What You Bring

Proven experience building and maintaining production-level Android applications
Deep knowledge of Kotlin and Android development, including:
Jetpack Compose, Kotlin Coroutines, and Jetpack libraries (Room, WorkManager, Datastore, ViewModel, Hilt)
build.gradle configuration, dependency management, and networking libraries (OkHttp, Retrofit, Coil)
Bonus: experience with CameraX, ExoPlayer, or Media3
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical decisions
