**Job Title:** Recruitment Technology Account Manager **Role Summary:** Manage a portfolio of recruitment software clients, serving as the primary point of contact from onboarding through ongoing support. Drive successful implementation, address technical and functional inquiries, and nurture relationships to achieve client satisfaction, renewals, and upsell opportunities. **Expectations:** - Deliver end‑to‑end client onboarding and implementation. - Maintain strong, proactive relationships and act as trusted advisor. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and prioritize work. - Identify and pursue upsell and renewal opportunities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own a client portfolio, understanding business needs and recruitment workflows. - Lead onboarding projects, including configuration, user acceptance testing, and go‑live support. - Respond to technical and functional queries, leveraging internal product, development, and support teams. - Conduct sprint meetings, prioritize tasks, and track delivery against timelines. - Manage contract renewals and drive client engagement for retention and growth. - Record all client interactions and updates in CRM systems. - Collaborate with product, development, support, and third‑party providers (e.g., job boards, HR systems). **Required Skills:** - Proven account management or customer success experience in SaaS or Applicant Tracking System (ATS) environments. - Strong understanding of recruitment software and talent acquisition processes. - Ability to manage full‑cycle client projects and multiple priorities. - Excellent verbal and written communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Highly organized with strong documentation and CRM hygiene. - Familiarity with agile methodologies, sprint planning, and tools such as Jira, Salesforce, ChurnZero, and Slack. - Demonstrated track record of upselling and handling contract renewals (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Relevant SaaS, CRM, or project management certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
