**Job Title:** Head of Growth **Role Summary:** Leads the development, scaling, and optimization of the company’s revenue engine across the client journey—from awareness to expansion—by integrating strategy, data, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive predictable growth and brand authority. **Expactations:** - Achieve a recognized revenue target of $7 M for FY 2026 and move the organization toward €17 M+ scaling. - Own the growth OKRs, budget, and tooling, ensuring repeatable systems and high‑frequency feedback loops. - Position and package services as products, align marketing, sales, and product teams for unified growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own quota, drive outbound, partnerships, new business, and account expansion. - Develop and maintain a data reporting engine to track leading/lagging growth metrics. - Partner with marketing to commercialize brand pillars and ensure premium brand positioning. - Refine offers, landing experiences, and messaging to improve conversion and retention. - Design and execute account plans to drive re‑engagement and repeat business. - Iterate commercial model, channel mix, and value proposition to reach scaling phase. - Own HubSpot or equivalent, ensuring all growth activities are tracked and automated. - Allocate and optimize spend across events and partnerships for maximum ROI. - Act as a commercial advisor to the leadership group, shaping strategy and insight. - Establish a high‑frequency feedback loop between marketing, sales, and product. - Package and price services consistently for new and repeat sales. **Required Skills:** - Proven record of scaling revenue and building high‑performance growth teams in B2B SaaS or technology scale‑ups. - Hands‑on expertise in campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. - Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar) for pipeline, analytics, and automation. - Ability to position and sell professional services as packaged products. - Strong network of prospects (“black book”) and outbound prospecting skills. - Builder mindset: ownership, autonomy, rapid iteration, and resilience. - Cross‑functional influence to align leadership around growth outcomes. - Premium brand focus: ensuring brand perception matches premium pricing. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). - Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or CRM (e.g., HubSpot Sales/Marketing, Certified Product Marketing Manager) are an advantage.
