Job Title: PR & Influencer Marketing Director – Luxury Fashion
Role Summary: Lead the global public relations, influencer, and communications strategy for a high‑end fashion house, driving brand visibility, desirability, and growth across all markets. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to align marketing objectives with business outcomes, while championing sustainability and craftsmanship.
Expactations: Deliver measurable PR and influencer results that support brand equity and revenue targets. Build and cultivate a high‑performance, multidisciplinary team. Provide strategic insights to senior leadership on storytelling, market trends, and partnership opportunities. Maintain brand consistency and quality across owned, earned, and paid media.
Key Responsibilities: • Define and execute integrated global PR, influencer, and communications plans, including budgets and KPIs. • Lead high‑profile media coverage, celebrity dressing, and strategic partnerships. • Oversee ambassador, gifting, affiliate, event, and activation programs. • Manage ambassador or influencer onboarding, content guidelines, and performance measurement. • Collaborate with creative, marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to develop compelling, on‑brand narratives. • Monitor cultural and media trends to adjust strategy and maintain competitiveness. • Report on PR and influencer performance, ROI, and brand metrics to senior leadership.
Required Skills: • 10–15 years of senior PR/influencer experience in luxury/fashion/lifestyle sectors, preferably international. • Proven track record of developing and executing global communication strategies. • Extensive industry network (press, stylists, editors, influencers, tastemakers). • Strategic, data‑driven mindset with creative vision. • Strong leadership, team building, and cross‑functional collaboration. • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement. • Commercial acumen – understanding ROI, brand equity, and growth levers. • Passion for craftsmanship, sustainability, and modern luxury.
Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field (advanced degree preferred). • Relevant PR or marketing certifications (e.g., APR, CPM) a plus.
