**Job Title** Assistant Stock Manager – Food Service **Role Summary** Supports the Food Service Econome by overseeing the central stock for the catering operation. Responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing raw materials while ensuring compliance with HACCP, FIFO, and regulatory standards.
