**Job Title:** Technical Manager **Role Summary:** Lead a cross‑functional Technical & Marketing department to support international commercial activities for animal nutrition products. Manage technical support, product strategy, regulatory compliance, and a small team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands. **Expectations:** - Deliver expert technical guidance to sales and clients. - Drive product positioning and strategy across multiple geographies. - Oversee budget, recruitment, training, and performance of the technical team. - Maintain compliance with industrial, logistical, and regulatory standards. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Technical Support & Commercial Development** – Act as the primary technical advisor for sales, resolve field issues, and propose solutions. 2. **Product Strategy** – Collaborate with sales leadership to translate customer needs into product specifications; monitor market and competitive trends; advise senior management on strategic opportunities. 3. **Portfolio Management** – Maintain brand portfolio, ensure product-market fit, and manage regulatory integration. 4. **Marketing Performance** – Track KPIs, analyze results, and recommend corrective actions. 5. **Team Management** – Define recruitment needs, oversee budgeting, provide training, mentor, and motivate a 5‑person technical team. **Required Skills** - Deep technical expertise in animal nutrition/production. - International commercial experience with proven management capability. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Leadership, autonomy, and ability to manage complex situations. - Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Animal Nutrition, Animal Production, or related field. - Professional certifications in animal nutrition or product management preferred.
