Job title: B2B Growth Marketing Manager
Role Summary:
Lead and execute B2B SaaS demand‑generation programs to deliver a robust sales pipeline. Own end‑to‑end multi‑channel campaigns—email, content, webinars, landing pages—while managing HubSpot and Salesforce to automate and scale acquisition efforts. Partner cross‑functionally with sales to ensure data‑driven lead quality and conversion, analyze performance, adjust budgets, and report ROI to guide marketing and leadership strategy.
Expactations:
- 5+ years driving demand generation in a high‑growth SaaS environment.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly pipeline targets.
- Advanced proficiency with HubSpot marketing operations and Salesforce integration.
- Deep expertise in email channel strategy, audience segmentation, deliverability, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset; skilled at forecasting, ROI reporting, and insight‑driven resource allocation.
- Ability to operate autonomously yet collaboratively in a fast‑paced, ambiguous setting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Define and own the overarching B2B demand‑generation strategy across product content, case studies, webinars, white papers, email, social, and landing pages.
2. Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns from concept through production, launch, and measurement.
3. Design and maintain repeatable, automated processes in HubSpot and Salesforce to support predictable pipeline generation.
4. Create brand‑aligned, data‑driven content across email, social, and web channels.
5. Manage a dynamic weekly campaign calendar, prioritizing high‑impact initiatives and ensuring cross‑functional deadlines.
6. Partner with SDRs and AEs to align demand‑gen campaigns with sales execution, creating a closed‑loop feedback system for lead quality.
7. Analyze, forecast, and report campaign ROI and pipeline contribution; reallocate resources to maximize impact.
8. Present demand‑gen performance insights in marketing and leadership forums, guiding broader strategy and planning.
