Job Description
**Job Title**: IT Support Technician **Role Summary**: Provide on-site IT support for headquarters, regional offices, and agencies; manage technical incidents and service requests; resolve user issues and maintain service continuity. **Expectations**: Completion of secondary or post-secondary education in IT (e.g., BTS SIO, DUT). Previous experience in multi-site support environments is advantageous. **Key Responsibilities**: - Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues on-site. - Respond to user calls and tickets via ServiceNow. - Diagnose, resolve, or escalate incidents following established procedures. - Deploy and configure workstations, tablets, smartphones, and printers. - Manage service requests related to HR onboarding/offboarding (account creation, access rights, equipment allocation). - Update internal documentation and knowledge bases. - Conduct occasional on-site support at agency locations. - Apply IT security and compliance policies. **Required Skills**: - Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments and office software. - ServiceNow ticketing system experience. - Hardware/software troubleshooting capabilities. - User training and communication skills. - Proficiency in IT service management processes. - Basic data security and compliance practices. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Secondary or post-secondary vocational training in IT (e.g., BTS SIO, DUT, or equivalent).
