**Job Title**
Physical Security Operations Center Senior Analyst
**Role Summary**
Senior analyst who monitors global physical security systems (access control, CCTV, environmental alerts, mass notification) to detect, assess, and respond to incidents impacting people, property, or brand reputation. Acts as first‑line response for employees, travelers, and third parties; coordinates with emergency services, internal security leads, and corporate stakeholders; maintains incident logs and communicates critical updates globally.
**Expectations**
- Work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays; 24/7/365 coverage.
- Be onsite at a designated SOC location.
- Respond quickly, calmly, and decisively to alarms and emergencies.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional communication.
- Support global travel safety monitoring and mass‑communication alerts.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and monitor access control, CCTV, environmental and mass‑notification systems.
- Serve as initial point of contact for all SOC inquiries.
- Investigate and triage alarms; dispatch security officers or law‑enforcement as required.
- Collaborate with regional security leads and corporate stakeholders on incident detection and resolution.
- Maintain detailed logs, shift checklists, handover reports, and incident reports.
- Execute global incident protocols and SOPs.
- Monitor travel safety and global event alerts; issue timely advisories.
- Initiate mass communication notifications when necessary.
**Required Skills**
- Incident detection and response in a physical SOC setting.
- Proficiency with Genetec or CCure 9000 video solutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese.
- Strong active listening, rapport‑building, and empathetic communication.
- Ability to analyze threats, predict operational impact, and make sound decisions under stress.
- Excellent written, verbal, and type‑speed skills (≥35 wpm).
- Adaptability, teamwork, and cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, high‑stress environment.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Associate’s degree or minimum of 2 years experience in Military, Law Enforcement, Government, Corporate Security, Customer Service, or Communications.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Computer Science, Crisis Management, Global Affairs, International Relations, or related field.
- Certifications in Security Operations, Emergency Response, or related disciplines are advantageous.
