Job Description
Job title: Senior Salesforce Developer Role Summary: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions, translating business requirements into robust applications while ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance. Expectations: Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development, strong command of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integration APIs. Proven experience with version control, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. Must stay current with platform releases and recommend continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura & LWC). - Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, translate, and document requirements into technical designs. - Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications and integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware, external services). - Participate in architecture and code reviews to enforce best practices and quality standards. - Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs, web services, and middleware tools. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, data models, and security configurations. - Mentor junior developers, provide coding guidance, and share platform expertise. - Monitor performance, analyze governor‑limit usage, and optimize solution efficiency. Required Skills: - Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura components. - Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and performance tuning. - Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and middleware (e.g., Five9). - Proficiency in Git, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. - Ability to conduct code reviews, mentor peers, and enforce security best practices.
