Established in 2006, and based in Rancho Cucamonga, California, Crossroads engages in the business of commercial medium and heavy-duty truck financing and leasing. We offer operating and finance leasing as well as direct financing to our commercial customers. Crossroads has experienced dynamic growth, expanding our portfolio and developing relationships with transportation companies that have locations outside the state of California, expanding our finance products to all states to service these customers.

What You’ll Do:
The Senior Salesforce Developer leads the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions, translating business needs into technical outcomes. This role involves building and maintaining custom applications, integrating with external systems, and ensuring data security and performance. It also includes guiding development best practices, staying current with platform updates, and supporting continuous system improvement.
Job Duties:
Design, develop, and test custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into scalable technical solutions.
Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications and integrations.
Participate in architecture and code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality deliverables.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
Develop technical documentation and provide guidance to other developers.
Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and new features; recommend process improvements and system enhancements.
Ensure data integrity and security through effective data models and permission sets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (Aura and LWC).
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and performance optimization.
Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Five9 etc.,).
Proficient with version control (e.g., Git), DevOps tools, and CI/CD processes.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II preferred).
Compensation:
$100,000-$140,000 annually depending on skills and experience
