Job Title: Content Author & Campaign Platform Expert
Role Summary:
Create compelling, compliant content across digital channels while designing, launching, and optimizing multiscreen omnichannel campaigns on leading marketing automation platforms.
Expectations:
Deliver high‑quality, brand‑consistent copy and email templates; architect customer journeys and segmentation logic; monitor and refine campaign performance using data analytics; collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Data, and Compliance to meet regulatory and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, write, edit, and localize email, web, in‑app, SMS, and social media content for segmented audiences.
* Maintain content repositories and version control for all marketing assets.
* Build, test, and deploy omnichannel campaigns using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
* Design customer journeys, automation workflows, segmentation, and personalization rules.
* Convert UI/UX designs into HTML email and social templates; manage email template archives and tagging.
* Analyze campaign metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion, revenue) and produce actionable insights.
* Ensure all content and campaigns comply with data privacy, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
* Partner with cross‑functional teams (Product Marketing, Sales, Data) to translate objectives into content and campaign strategies.
* Provide training, documentation, and governance support for campaign workflows.
Required Skills:
* 4–7 years of content authoring and marketing campaign management experience, ideally in financial services or technology.
* Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or equivalent tools.
* Advanced HTML/CSS for email/screen templates, email tagging, and dynamic content.
* Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and compliance‑focused communication.
* Proficiency in marketing automation, data‑driven targeting, journey mapping, and personalization.
* Analytical mindset; experience with campaign reporting, KPI tracking, and optimization.
* Excellent collaboration, communication, and project‑management skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
* Preferred certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Adobe Campaign Specialist, or similar.
