Works autonomously within a structured yet flexible environment, acting as an intrapreneur to propose new services, refine offerings, and secure long‑term client relationships. **Expectations** - Achieve growth targets and build a robust sales pipeline. - Deliver high‑quality, customized solutions that meet evolving client needs. - Exhibit sustained client engagement and upsell potential. - Demonstrate proactive initiative while aligning with strategic objectives. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect and qualify leads nationwide (B2B). - Conduct detailed needs assessments and translate complex problems into tailored solutions. - Deliver personalized pitches without a fixed script, using storytelling techniques. - Negotiate terms and close deals, managing the full sales cycle independently. - Maintain long‑term client relationships, driving upsell and renewal opportunities. - Identify new business ideas, refine service propositions, and suggest innovative solutions in compliance, cybersecurity, data protection, sustainability, etc. - Collaborate with cross‑functional experts to validate proposals and enhance value propositions. - Manage accurate CRM records, track activities, and produce pipeline forecasts. **Required Skills** - Proven B2B commercial development experience (training, consulting, or related sectors). - Excellent prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing skills. - Strong communication, storytelling, and client‑centric presentation abilities. - Self‑motivated, autonomous, and capable of juggling multiple projects. - Strategic, intrapreneurial mindset with a capacity to generate new offers. - Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, regulatory‑focused environment. - Collaborative teamwork with a focus on knowledge sharing and client trust. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field. - Relevant sales, project management, or industry certifications (e.g., GRC, cybersecurity, data protection) preferred. - Demonstrated adherence to quality frameworks (e.g., ISO, Qualiopi‑style) is advantageous.
