**Role Summary**

Works autonomously within a structured yet flexible environment, acting as an intrapreneur to propose new services, refine offerings, and secure long‑term client relationships.

- Negotiate terms and close deals, managing the full sales cycle independently.
- Maintain long‑term client relationships, driving upsell and renewal opportunities.
- Identify new business ideas, refine service propositions, and suggest innovative solutions in compliance, cybersecurity, data protection, sustainability, etc.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional experts to validate proposals and enhance value propositions.
- Manage accurate CRM records, track activities, and produce pipeline forecasts.
