**Job Title** Sales Representative (Entry Level) **Role Summary** Drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle for a custom optics manufacturer. Build new client partnerships, maintain existing accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets. **Expectations** - Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. - Proactively source new business and sustain a robust sales pipeline. - Demonstrate strong teamwork and a positive, self‑motivated attitude. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow‑up to identify and close new opportunities. - Conduct presentations and product demos; negotiate and finalize deals. - Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships. - Manage long sales cycles from prospecting through closing. - Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business. **Required Skills** - Daily cold‑calling, follow‑up, and deal close experience. - Ability to lead persuasive presentations and product demos. - Experience in trade show and networking event engagement. - Strong written and verbal communication. - Proactive pipeline management and sourcing of new business. - Team‑player with a positive attitude. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (field unspecified). - Additional sales or industry certifications are a bonus.
