Job Title: Sr. Director of Marketing
Role Summary: Lead the end‑to‑end marketing organization for a high‑growth EdTech SaaS delivering accredited, on‑demand learning for accounting and finance professionals. Own full‑funnel acquisition, activation, monetisation, and retention across B2B and B2C channels using data‑driven attribution and revenue‑aligned forecast models.
Expactations: Build a high‑performance marketing engine, achieve revenue‑aligned growth targets, maintain transparent channel ROI, and deliver scalable measurement infrastructure. Demonstrate quarterly impact on pipeline, qualified leads, and subscription revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute omni‑channel acquisition strategy (LinkedIn, Meta, Search, SEO/AI discovery, affiliates, partnerships, events, PLG loops).
- Own GA4 + GTM server‑side implementation across web and mobile; define taxonomy, events, guardrails, and integrate paid‑media pixels and conversion APIs.
- Develop and maintain first‑principle forecast models tied to revenue targets; manage $1M+ budget with channel‑level payback ownership.
- Lead and scale marketing team, set OKRs, mentor staff, and collaborate with product, sales, and data science.
- Build scalable PLG loops and content‑driven acquisition tactics; pilot AI‑powered SEO and discovery experiments.
- Create attribution frameworks and guardrails that enable clear attribution and robust A/B testing across all channels.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years in marketing leadership at B2B SaaS start‑ups; proven experience building functions from ground‑up.
- Expertise in performance and growth marketing, paid media, SEO/AI discovery, content, partnerships, and events.
- Advanced proficiency with GA4, GTM (server‑side tagging), web analytics, conversion APIs, and pixel implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage multi‑million‑dollar budgets and build revenue‑linked forecast models.
- Strong analytical thinking, data‑driven decision making, and ability to translate analytics into actionable strategy.
- Proven leadership, strategic vision, hiring, coaching, and team‑scaling skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Marketing, or other data analytics tools are a plus.
