About the Client:

Our client is a B2B SaaS vendor whose business applications provide workflows, visibility & reporting of financials for the Education/K-12 market. They are well-financed for their next stage of growth and are on the cusp of becoming the #1 software product in its category in the USA!

The Opportunity:

You will join as the first-ever Sales Enablement Lead for a fast growing B2B SaaS business, working alongside a Sales team of 20+!
You will build and deliver onboarding programs for new hires, driving faster ramp-up and stronger sales performance.
You will develop and lead weekly training sessions for the first six months of a rep’s journey, enabling continuous skill development.
You will create and maintain training materials and playbooks, contributing to consistency, scalability, and alignment across the sales org.

The Skills/Requirement Needed to Succeed:

You are currently a senior Sales Enablement IC at a B2B SaaS organization, and have a background as an AE and/or a BDR.
You have experience building sales training programs and playbooks from scratch.
You have worked with sales teams of a comparable size - 15 - 30 people.
You have hands-on experience applying MEDDPICC, as well as with Salesforce and Gong.
You are able to commute to an office downtown Toronto 3 days/week.
