Job Description: Job title: GTM Engineer Role Summary: Lead technical operations for outbound B2B campaigns, managing and optimizing backend systems in Clay and Instantly. Own campaign workflows, data enrichment, and performance monitoring to ensure targets are met and systems scale efficiently. Expactations: - 1–2+ years managing outbound or lead‑generation campaigns. - Minimum 1 year with Clay and 1 year with Instantly. - Strong technical problem‑solving and automation mindset. - Rapid adaptation to changing priorities. - High attention to detail and systems‑thinking. - Excellent written and spoken English. - Proven ownership, reliable communication, and ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain Clay workflows and automations. - Upload, segment, and organize lead lists in Instantly. - Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements. - Ensure campaigns meet performance benchmarks and run smoothly. - Coordinate across multiple client accounts in a fast‑paced environment. - Collaborate closely with operations and strategy teams. Required Skills: - Expertise in Clay and Instantly platforms. - Experience with outbound workflow management and data enrichment. - Strong SQL/automation scripting skills (e.g., Python, Zapier). - Analytical skills to monitor KPIs and drive optimizations. - Excellent English communication. - Detail‑oriented, self‑starter, and able to work independently.
