We recently passed 50 clients, we’re scaling quickly, and our team is approaching 10 people. This is a unique opportunity to join early, have real ownership, and grow into a Lead GTM Engineer role in 2026.

Role Overview

We are looking for a GTM Engineer who is an expert in Clay and Instantly, with deep experience in managing outbound systems. You will own the backend of client campaigns, build and maintain workflows, automate processes, and ensure our campaigns run efficiently and get strong results.

This is a technical operations role, not a copywriting or deliverability role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all Clay workflows, automations, and data enrichment

• Build, maintain, and optimize backend systems for client campaigns

• Upload and organize lead lists inside Instantly

• Ensure campaigns run smoothly and hit performance benchmarks

• Monitor campaign performance and communicate updates

• Troubleshoot issues fast and propose system improvements

• Work across many clients at once in a fast-paced environment

• Collaborate closely with the operations and strategy teams

• Take high ownership of tasks from start to finish

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience managing outbound or lead generation campaigns

• Minimum 1 year working with Clay

• Minimum 1 year working with Instantly

• Strong technical problem-solving skills

• Ability to move fast, adapt quickly, and automate whenever possible

• Strong attention to detail and systems-thinking mindset

• Great English (written and spoken). Perfect English not required.

• High ownership, reliable communication, and comfort working independently

Nice to Have

• Experience in a lead gen agency or similar environment

• Prior experience managing multiple client campaigns at once
