Job Description

Job title Salesperson Role Summary Full‑time outside sales professional responsible for driving revenue growth for premium windows and doors by engaging residential and commercial clients, consulting on product solutions, and closing sales. Expactations • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and pipeline expectations. • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. • Support brand positioning and market expansion efforts. • Collaborate effectively with installation and after‑sales teams. Key Responsibilities • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities. • Conduct needs assessments and consultative presentations. • Prepare and deliver tailored product proposals and quotes. • Manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM. • Close sales transactions and secure signed contracts. • Coordinate scheduling and follow‑up with installation teams. • Conduct post‑sale follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction. • Provide regular sales activity reports and forecasts. Required Skills • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets. • Strong client‑management, negotiation, and closing skills. • Technical knowledge of windows, doors, or construction materials. • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. • Proficiency using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. • Self‑motivation, organization, and ability to multitask in a fast pace. Required Education & Certifications • Post‑secondary education in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. • Industry knowledge or certifications in windows/doors or related construction materials is an asset.
