**Job Title** Head of Operations – QHSE **Role Summary** Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QHSE Advisors to deliver high‑quality service across all client contracts. Drive operational excellence, workload management, and continuous improvement while supporting business development and tender activity. **Expectations** - Deliver exceptional results in a fast‑paced consulting environment. - Foster a high‑performance, collaborative team culture. - Ensure all deliverables meet ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 27001 standards. - Maintain strong client relationships and support new contract mobilisation. **Key Responsibilities** - Supervise QHSE Advisor team, setting targets, providing coaching, and managing performance reviews. - Allocate work, monitor progress, and guarantee timely, high‑quality service delivery. - Support business development: client outreach, tender preparation, and contract sign‑up. - Apply expertise in Quality, Health & Safety, Environment, Information Security, and GDPR to drive continual improvement. **Required Skills** - Leadership & team management - Operations & workload planning - ISO standards implementation (9001, 14001, 45001, 27001) - NEBOSH knowledge & Lead Auditor expertise - Client relationship & business development - Strong attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills **Required Education & Certifications** - NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) - Lead Auditor qualification in at least one of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, or 27001 - Full, clean UK driving licence ---
