Director, Client Strategy
**Role Summary**
Senior client‑strategy leader responsible for owning, developing, and executing strategy for B2B technology accounts. Acts as primary strategic partner, translating complex technical offerings into clear positioning, GTM plans, and measurable outcomes while managing full engagement lifecycle, internal resources, and client expectations.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable business impact for clients within defined timelines
- Maintain high client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
- Operate autonomously across multiple concurrent engagements
- Provide executive‑level recommendations and deliver persuasive presentations
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own end‑to‑end client relationships; serve as C‑suite liaison and strategic partner.
- Develop positioning frameworks, ICP, messaging hierarchies, and GTM strategies aligned to client goals.
- Translate technical complexity into actionable narratives and deliverable content.
- Convert strategy into detailed execution plans, content calendars, campaign briefs, and asset creation.
- Conduct discovery, research, and synthesize findings into client‑ready frameworks.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (design, copy, specialists) to meet deliverable quality and deadlines.
- Leverage HubSpot, Apollo, and related tools to design CRM workflows, segmentation, lead nurturing, and outreach campaigns.
- Monitor, measure, and report on engagement outcomes (delivery, satisfaction, ROI).
- Identify expansion and renewal opportunities based on demonstrated value.
**Required Skills**
- 10+ years B2B marketing, strategy, GTM, consulting or agency leadership experience.
- Proven record managing complex client relationships and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Direct experience advising C‑suite executives at global B2B enterprises.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot, Apollo, and modern marketing/sales technology stacks.
- Exceptional ability to simplify technical/AI/ML concepts into clear narratives and frameworks.
- Strong project management, timeline control, and stakeholder communication.
- Advanced written and verbal communication, strategic writing, and executive presentation skills.
- Autonomous work style with ability to coordinate cross‑functional contributors.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Certifications in HubSpot, Salesforce, or other relevant marketing automation platforms are an asset.
