Job title: Venture Fellow – Founding LP Relations & Venture Operations
Role Summary:
The Venture Fellow supports Compassion Ventures through end‑to‑end functions: onboarding early limited partners (LPs), assisting the consulting team on client projects, managing progress for portfolio venture studio initiatives, and creating narrative content for internal and external audiences. The role blends relationship management, project coordination, and creative communication in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.
Expecations:
- Operate in a 6–12 month fellowship (part or full time).
- Work closely with senior leadership across four functional areas.
- Lead all admin, communication, and documentation tasks related to LPs, consulting, and portfolio operations.
- Deliver high‑quality written and visual content to support public and investor-facing storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **LP Onboarding & Relations** – manage sourcing, CRM intake, follow‑ups, and preparation of update decks, impact reports, and fundraising collateral for 10–50 founding LPs.
2. **Consulting Team Support** – coordinate client communication, research, reporting, and execution across multiple engagements; interface with engineering, product, and design teams.
3. **Portfolio Project Management** – track studio build milestones, schedule touchpoints with internal founders, advisors, and partners; facilitate experimental launches and validations.
4. **Creative Content Production** – draft newsletters, essays, founder stories; capture photo/video at events; contribute to social media, pitch decks, and brand collateral.
Required Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, Notion).
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, maintain organized workflows, and meet deadlines.
- Passion for venture capital, AI, climate, philanthropy, and creative media.
- Quick learning, adaptability, and mission‑driven mindset.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in venture capital, management consulting, or creative media benefits but not mandatory.
