Job Description: **Job title:** Business Intelligence Analyst **Role Summary:** Transform data from the company data lake into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making. Work remote, collaborate with executive stakeholders, and serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams. **Expectations:** - Generate timely reports, dashboards, and metrics for existing and new business needs. - Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to drive business growth. - Provide clear explanations of insights and ensure data accuracy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models (DAX, PowerQuery). - Analyze departmental data requirements, translate business objectives into technical specifications. - Serve as subject‑matter expert for data quality, accuracy, and reporting improvements. - Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical developers. - Optimize data transformation and storage using Fabric One Lake. - Leverage additional data sources (SQL, BigQuery, Python, R) to enhance insights. - Participate in data quality initiatives and maintain security best practices. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years of data or statistical analysis experience. - Advanced proficiency in Power BI, DAX, PowerQuery, and SQL. - Knowledge of BigQuery, Python, R, or other statistical tools is a plus. - Strong business acumen, quick decision‑making, and adaptability. - Excellent written and oral English communication. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent education + experience). - Relevant certifications in Power BI, data analytics, or statistics are advantageous but not mandatory.
