This role requires a strong business mindset, the ability to understand and anticipate organizational needs, and a demonstrated capacity for rapid learning and adaptation in a dynamic environment.

Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role

Create new reports, dashboards, indicators, and metrics to track existing and new business needs.
Contribute to the business objective by providing trends, risks and opportunities in a timely matter to help the business grow.
Collaborate with Executive to understand business objective and translate them into data requirements.
Analyze and understand the departments you support to act as the person of reference for questions on insights and data accuracy.
Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Propose and recommend improvements in the actual reporting of the assigned departments to enhance the insights generation.
Share the insights gained from analysis with the company to increase the general knowledge of the company.
Leverage the Fabric One Lake environment to optimize and transform data for each request.
Leverage actual and new sources to provide added value insights.
Participate in the Data Quality initiative to give visibility to the Data Product Owner
Be knowledgeable about best practices and data management security.

Here's what you need to have and master to get the job

University degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or Statistics. Any other combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or statistical analysis.
Ability to analyze and make recommendations.
Advanced knowledge in Power BI, DAX, and PowerQuery.
Good knowledge of SQL.
Knowledge of Big Query, Python, R, or other statistical tools is an asset.
You have a strong sense of initiative.
You consider yourself quick-witted and can make decisions promptly.
You adapt quickly to changes.
Good proficiency in English, both oral and written.
