**Job Title:** Campaign Marketing Manager – Theatrical **Role Summary:** Lead end‑to‑end theatrical release marketing, translating strategic vision into cross‑channel plans. Coordinate internal teams and external partners, ensuring on‑brief, on‑time, on‑budget execution that drives measurable audience engagement and revenue. **Expectations:** Deliver integrated campaigns that meet release goals, manage budgets and resources, and provide clear performance insights. Serve as the strategic bridge between senior marketing leaders and execution teams, maintaining alignment across all stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with the Director of Performance Marketing to craft overarching release strategy for each film. - Define phased rollout timelines in collaboration with the theatrical coordinator. - Convert strategy into detailed briefs, channel plans, and tactical calendars. - Maintain the master campaign timeline and coordinate updates among stakeholders. - Evaluate campaign effectiveness and realign tactics to achieve objectives. - Act as primary liaison to media agencies, promotional partners, influencers, and grassroots teams. - Oversee creative asset delivery, ensuring brand consistency and channel adaptation. - Produce status reports and post‑release retrospectives, translating data into actionable insights. **Required Skills:** - 3+ years in theatrical or cross‑channel campaign management. - Proven experience managing media agencies and promotional partners. - Strong project management; ability to juggle multiple concurrent workstreams. - Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders. - Detail‑oriented with keen eye for brand compliance and creative quality. - Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. - Ability to work autonomously and break down silos. - Exceptional listening skills and cultural empathy. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (preferred).
