Job Title: Corporate Security Manager Role Summary: Lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise physical security across global facilities to safeguard personnel, assets, and operations. Drive risk assessments, security system integration, crisis response, and executive protection while maintaining compliance with industry standards. Expectations: Deliver a proactive, comprehensive security posture that aligns with corporate risk strategies; provide timely executive reporting; manage multi-site operations, vendor relationships, and budgets; respond to incidents with minimal supervision; be on-call for emergencies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute enterprise physical security strategy aligned with organizational risk goals. - Conduct site security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses across all locations. - Manage access control, CCTV, perimeter, and intrusion detection systems, ensuring integration and operational effectiveness. - Create and maintain incident response and emergency preparedness procedures; coordinate evacuation drills and violence prevention initiatives. - Oversee executive protection planning, including travel risk mitigation and coordination with external contractors, maintaining confidentiality. - Lead associate safety, visitor control, and high-risk role access programs. - Investigate physical incidents in partnership with HR and Legal. - Negotiate and manage contracts, budgets, and performance of security vendors, integrators, and staff. - Provide executive leadership with risk reports, strategic recommendations, and status updates. Required Skills: - Extensive experience (10+ years) in physical security management, including multi-site and crisis response leadership. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities under high pressure. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive briefing skills. - Technical knowledge of modern security hardware, surveillance, access control, and monitoring technologies. - Ability to travel domestically and internationally; on‑call availability for emergencies. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Preferred certifications: Physical Security Professional (PSP), Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Facility Security Officer (FSO).
