The partner builds and scales a tech recruitment business, generating revenue directly tied to billings across UK, Europe and USA markets. Expectations: - 8+ years of 360‑agency experience specialising in technology recruitment. - Proven billing record in technology roles (Software, Product, Data, AI, Cloud, Cyber, etc.). - Ability to manage multiple clients and live briefs simultaneously, with a commercial focus. - Established, portable technology client and candidate network. - Self‑motivated, revenue‑driven and comfortable owning end‑to‑end business performance. Key Responsibilities: - Operate an independent technology recruitment desk within the partnership framework. - Grow and manage own portfolio of technology clients across UK, Europe, and USA. - Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for chosen technology specialisms (e.g., Software Engineering, Product Management, Data & AI, Cloud/DevOps, Cyber Security). - Manage concurrent live briefs and stakeholders, ensuring timely candidate delivery. - Collaborate with other partners on cross‑discipline and international roles. - Leverage group tools and resources (CRM, sourcing technology, sales intelligence) to accelerate revenue generation.
