Job Description
Job Title: Fund Accountant Role Summary: Entry‑level professional responsible for daily accounting and valuation of investment funds, including NAV calculations, transaction processing, and reconciliation of cash, expenses, income, and corporate actions. Supports audit readiness, process efficiency initiatives, and communications with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. Expectations: * Meet strict daily NAV deadlines and maintain high accuracy. * Collaborate with internal teams to identify and correct data breaks or inconsistencies. * Maintain thorough, audit‑ready documentation and respond to audit queries. * Contribute to continuous improvement of fund accounting processes. Key Responsibilities: * Calculate and review Net Asset Value (NAV) for assigned funds each day. * Process and review cash activity, investment transactions, expenses, income, and corporate actions. * Investigate and resolve valuation or accounting discrepancies, coordinating with relevant stakeholders. * Monitor and ensure timely completion of daily workflows and deliverables. * Escalate unresolved issues and follow‑up on outstanding items. * Maintain clean documentation supporting audit and regulatory requests. * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Required Skills: * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis). * Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. * Analytical mindset with ability to identify, assess, and resolve issues. * Clear written and verbal communication. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field. * Minimum of one internship in financial services or related area (preferred). * U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder).

Job title: Operations Analyst Role Summary Analyst supports core operational functions in a financial services environment, handling fund account onboarding, transaction processing, client inquiries, payment instructions, and project support. Expactations - Deliver accurate, timely processing of operational tasks. - Maintain high service standards and meet daily deadlines. - Communicate professionally with internal teams and external clients. Key Responsibilities - Review and process new fund account documentation and assist with setup. - Reconcile daily investment activity and verify transaction accuracy. - Process domestic and foreign currency payment instructions; resolve payment inquiries. - Serve as primary operational contact for institutional clients and manage daily inquiries. - Support projects: gather requirements, test, report, and automate processes using Excel/VBA. - Identify discrepancies, document findings, and escalate issues as needed. - Perform operational data reconciliations and maintain accurate records. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying process gaps, control enhancements, and automation opportunities.
