**Job Title:** Director, Content
**Role Summary:**
Senior strategic leader responsible for developing and executing Farrynheight’s integrated content strategy across all owned channels (social, podcast, newsletter, editorial, events). Drives brand storytelling, ensures consistency of voice and tone, and transforms creative concepts into measurable impact. Collaborates with studio leads, leadership, and external partners to amplify the agency’s reputation and cultural influence.

- Lead cross‑functional teams and external vendors, managing production timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Maintain executive visibility and community engagement through targeted storytelling across all platforms.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and implement a holistic content strategy covering social, podcast, newsletter, editorial, and experiential channels.
- Evolve and maintain brand voice, tone, and visual storytelling to ensure cohesion and cultural resonance.
- Translate strategic and creative work into compelling stories that elevate the agency’s reputation.
- Plan and produce high‑impact editorial and thought‑leadership initiatives in partnership with leadership.
- Oversee day‑to‑day content creation, production, and publishing; manage content calendars and tentpole programs.
- Collaborate with Creative and Social studios on asset development, scripting, copywriting, and visual execution.
- Cultivate relationships with creators, collaborators, and partners to expand reach and cultural influence.
- Develop executive visibility content for social, podcast, and press channels.
- Define, track, and report KPIs across content channels; optimize strategy based on performance data.
- Champion a culture of accountability, learning, and measurable impact across the content organization.
**Required Skills:**
- 10+ years in content strategy, editorial development, or brand marketing (agency or brand environment).
- Proven track record of building and executing integrated content strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities; adept at shifting between strategic and creative modes.
- Deep fluency with digital and social media platforms, video formats, and emerging content trends.
- Strong creative judgment, collaboration, and partnership skills with designers, copywriters, and executives.
- Experience managing content production and vendor relationships (writers, videographers, editors).
- Analytical mindset focused on measurement, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast‑moving environment.
- Thoughtful communicator, team player, and leader who brings creativity, accountability, and clarity.
