**Job title**
Marketing Specialist – Retail Media
**Role Summary**
Execute, optimize, and analyze retail media campaigns on major platforms (Amazon, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Best Buy, Costco, etc.) to drive digital visibility, engagement, and sales growth while aligning with business objectives.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable performance improvements on ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion metrics.
- Manage campaign budgets, invoices, and documentation with minimal supervision.
- Stay current on retail media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Launch and optimize campaigns across Amazon, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Best Buy, Costco, and other RMNs.
- Monitor performance, prepare weekly KPI reports, and maintain dashboards.
- Coordinate with agencies for asset delivery and campaign execution.
- Conduct A/B tests, analyze clean‑room/AMC data, and apply learnings to campaigns.
- Work with Sales, Product, Creative, and Data teams to align campaigns with promotional calendars and product launches.
- Manage media budgets, track invoices, support reconciliation, and maintain documentation.
- Recommend new tactics, platforms, and strategies to expand reach and drive incremental sales.
**Required Skills**
- Deep knowledge of retail media networks (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect) and optional experience with Target Roundel, Orange Apron, Best Buy My Ads.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, retail media dashboards).
- Experience with Pacvue/Skai, Profitero, Helium 10, Vendor Central (Seller Central a plus).
- Strong analytical, data‑interpretation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with agencies and cross‑functional teams.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of digital media experience, preferably in retail media or e‑commerce.
