**Job Title:** Lead Solutions Engineer **Role Summary:** Architect and lead the design, development, and delivery of integrated contact‑center solutions using Salesforce, Zendesk, AI knowledge bases, and chatbot platforms. Serve as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, driving high‑quality, scalable implementations that meet client requirements and support sales initiatives. **Expectations:** - Deliver end‑to‑end technical solutions that align with client business goals. - Create and present proof‑of‑concepts to demonstrate value. - Ensure adherence to quality, security, and architectural standards throughout the project lifecycle. - Support pre‑sales and proposal activities with technical insight. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Design, architect, and lead implementation of CRM, AI knowledge base, and chatbot integrations across contact‑center ecosystems. 2. Develop and demo POCs, translating business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps. 3. Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications and API designs. 4. Collaborate with sales and business teams during client presentations and proposal development. 5. Perform code and design reviews to maintain technical integrity and scalability. 6. Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle. 7. Champion best practices in cloud architecture, security, CI/CD, and DevSecOps. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in .NET (ASP.NET, .NET Core) and JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React). - Extensive experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud services. - Strong database skills (Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL). - Deep knowledge of contact‑center platforms: Salesforce, Zendesk, Amazon Connect, AI knowledge base, and chatbot systems. - Expertise in API integration, data flow design, and middleware. - Proven consulting experience delivering solutions to enterprise clients. - Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of technical leadership experience in solution design and delivery. - Cloud certifications preferred (AWS Certified Solutions Architect/Developer, Azure Solutions Architect/Developer, Azure AI Engineer, or DevOps Engineer). - Salesforce/B2B or Zendesk certifications are advantageous. ---
