**Job Title:** Development & Training Solutions Specialist (Phonak) **Role Summary:** Provides technical and commercial expertise to support Phonak hearing solutions (Roger and Lyric), focusing on training stakeholders and driving sales growth. Actively collaborates with sales teams, audiologists, and partners to enhance product adoption and market penetration. **Expectations:** Develop and execute training programs for stakeholders on Phonak solutions; deliver commercial and technical training to sales teams; coordinate product launches and client onboarding; drive sales of high-value audio solutions in a defined territory. **Key Responsibilities:** - Train audiologists and sales teams on Phonak, Roger (wireless microphone systems), and Lyric (invisible hearing aids). - Conduct live demonstration events with sales representatives. - Support client onboarding and optimize solution adoption for new users. - Coordinate training sessions for large accounts in collaboration with regional teams. - Monitor and analyze sales performance via Salesforce, ensuring regular reporting. - Develop partnerships with key stakeholders (employers, associations, ergonomic specialists). - Implement merchandising strategies and maintain Lyric visibility in approved centers. - Represent technical and commercial expertise in regional meetings and national sales events. **Required Skills:** - Sales experience in high-value B2B medical technology or pharmaceutical products. - Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement capabilities with technical professionals (e.g., audiologists). - Ability to translate product innovations (e.g., Roger, Lyric) into compelling commercial narratives. - Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) and report generation. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or equivalent. - Proven background in B2B sales, preferably in medical devices or hearing technologies. - Technical acumen in hearing aid solutions or related fields (prioritization over formal certifications).
