**Job title:** Intern – Chief of Staff / Right-hand to the CEO
**Role Summary:**
Support the CEO in strategic planning and execution across a fast‑growing SaaS startup. Coordinate cross‑functional projects, streamline internal processes, and provide analytical insights to drive scalability and market positioning.
**Expectations:**
- Work 6 months, potential transition to full‑time.
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with autonomy and rigor.
- Deliver clear, concise communication to executives, investors, and external events.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Strategic Planning & Execution** – Partner with the CEO to define priorities, create roadmaps, and track progress against OKRs and KPIs.
2. **Project Leadership** – Lead cross‑departmental projects (tech, marketing, finance, HR, legal) to support product launches, client onboarding, and operational improvements.
3. **Process Optimization** – Identify inefficiencies, design workflows, and implement solutions that enhance productivity and quality.
4. **Data‑Driven Analysis** – Conduct performance reviews, deep dives into growth metrics, and competitor benchmarking to inform strategy.
5. **Reporting & Communication** – Prepare investor decks, executive summaries, and stakeholder updates; maintain internal alignment through regular briefings.
6. **External Representation** – Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings, fostering relationships within the procurement ecosystem.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong analytical mindset; ability to interpret financial and operational data.
- Project management proficiency; experience coordinating cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, fluent in English (C1+).
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Client‑oriented approach, comfortable engaging with external stakeholders.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Current Master’s student or recent graduate (MBA, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field).
- Prior experience in a startup, consulting, banking, VC/PE, or strategy role preferred.
- No additional certifications required.
