Type of offer: 6 months, with the possibility of a full-time position thereafter

Compensation: €1,100 to €1,300 per month, depending on profile and school

CROWN is a cloud platform that helps enterprise buyers run eAuctions and structured eNegotiations with reliability, speed, and strong governance. We already work with groups like Safran, Bonduelle, Kiabi, and we have processed 100M€ plus in GMV.
We are now internalizing our core engineering and building the foundation to scale. As our first in-house tech hire, you will internalize our core IP and architect the future of B2B negotiation.
Your role
Support the CEO (Mykyta) on a day-to-day basis across a wide range of strategic topics to accelerate CROWN’s growth. This is a highly cross-functional role, at the heart of the key decision-making of a startup in a phase of rapid growth.

Main Responsibilities
As Chief of Staff, you will be at the heart of CROWN’s strategic decisions and will have a unique opportunity to learn from and contribute to the early months of an innovative startup. Your responsibilities will be diverse, with a strong focus on strategy, startup management, and operations.
1. Strategy and Project Management
Work closely with the CEO to define and track strategic priorities.
Lead cross-functional projects (tech, marketing, finance, HR, legal) and support the necessary transformations.
Contribute to the launch and development of the first clients (go-to-market).
2. Efficiency and Results
Improve internal processes to increase overall efficiency.
Support the implementation of CROWN solutions for clients and monitor eAuction performance.
Conduct deep dives into growth and performance-related challenges.
3. Reporting and Market Intelligence
Track key performance indicators (OKRs, KPIs).
Conduct market monitoring and competitor analysis to anticipate market developments.
4. Relationships and Communication
Prepare materials for investors and key stakeholders.
Ensure smooth internal communication across teams to maintain alignment.
Desired Profile
You are a Master’s student, ideally with some prior experience in a startup or in a demanding environment (consulting, banking, VC/PE, strategy, etc.). An interest in procurement is a plus.
Smart, efficient, cool
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, combining rigor with autonomy.
Comfortable with numbers and data, with a strong analytical mindset.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-oriented approach, ready to actively take part in ecosystem events (trade shows, conferences, meetings, etc.).
Fluent in English (C1 level) with strong writing skills.
