Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Manager Role Summary: Oversee the end‑to‑end movement of fresh produce products, ensuring flawless logistics operations, accurate container scheduling, and superior customer service. Act as the primary liaison between warehouses, delivery partners, and customers to maintain high service levels and efficient stock flow. Expectations: Deliver exceptional accuracy in all administrative processes, communicate clearly and professionally, manage multiple time‑critical priorities, and consistently meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of data integrity and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate daily container requirements and maintain accurate inbound schedules across storage locations. - Manage booking systems to align container arrivals with operational capacity and warehouse planning. - Communicate vehicle slot availability, inbound deliveries, and stock movements to warehouses. - Process purchase orders and ensure inbound stock is accurately recorded and reported. - Serve as the main customer contact for enquiries, delivery updates, and service information. - Collaborate with external storage sites and logistics partners to manage documentation, packing lists, and stock transfers. - Resolve internal and external service issues promptly and complete all administrative duties to a high standard. Required Skills: - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in all administrative tasks. - Ability to work confidently under deadlines and manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency with computer systems and data management. - Professional approach with strong relationship‑building capabilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field (not specified in posting).
