Customer Support Manager

Step into a fast-paced, collaborative environment as a Customer Support Manager in the Fresh Produce logistics sector. You will oversee product movements to key customers, ensuring exceptional service levels, reliable delivery, and smooth operational flow.

The Customer Support Manager will need strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage time-critical tasks confidently. From container management to documentation accuracy and stock coordination, you will play a central role in keeping operations running efficiently.

Customer Support Manager Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily container requirements and maintain accurate inbound schedules across storage locations
Manage booking systems to align container arrivals with operational capacity and warehouse planning
Communicate clearly with warehouses regarding vehicle slots, inbound deliveries, and stock movements
Process purchase orders and ensure inbound stock is accurately recorded and reported
Act as the main customer contact for enquiries, delivery updates, and service information
Work with external storage sites and logistics partners to manage documentation, packing lists, and stock transfers
Support internal teams by resolving service issues promptly and completing all administrative duties to a high standard

Customer Support Manager Requirements

Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
High level of accuracy and attention to detail across all administrative processes
Confident working to deadlines and managing multiple priorities
Competent across computer systems and able to maintain accurate data
Professional approach and ability to build positive working relationships
