Job Description: **Job Title:** Senior Salesforce Developer (Contract) **Role Summary** Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions for manufacturing clients. Own technical decisions, mentor peers, and deliver scalable, production‑ready code in a contractor capacity. **Expectations** - Independent contractor (1099 or Corp‑to‑Corp) with US citizenship. - Work autonomously, make sound technical choices, and meet delivery schedules. - Mentor junior developers and help shape development practices. - Engage in greenfield projects and enhancements for mature Salesforce orgs. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and build Salesforce applications, including Sales Agreements and account‑based forecasting. - Create and extend Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, and Flow logic. - Integrate Salesforce with Sales Cloud and downstream systems via REST APIs and middleware. - Align partner and channel data models with manufacturing data requirements. - Develop reusable components, establish delivery standards, and promote best practices. - Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and manufacturing stakeholders. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to scaling the Salesforce practice. **Required Skills** - Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow. - Experience building or extending Sales Agreements and forecasting models. - Strong understanding of manufacturing‑specific data models. - Hands‑on integration experience (REST APIs, middleware). - Ability to work independently, make technical decisions, and own deliverables. - U.S. citizenship. **Required Education & Certifications** - Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud, or Manufacturing Cloud). - Proven Salesforce development experience in manufacturing environments.
