THE OPPORTUNITY

We are building a dedicated Salesforce Development team to support both greenfield implementations and mature Salesforce environments for manufacturing organizations that want to move faster, operate smarter, and scale with confidence.

You’ll be at the center of designing and building solutions that power forecasting, sales agreements, account based planning, and real time visibility across complex manufacturing ecosystems.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Design and build Salesforce solutions
Implement and extend Sales Agreements and account based forecasting
Align partner and channel data models
Build integrations with Sales Cloud and downstream systems
Write clean, scalable Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations
Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and manufacturing stakeholders
Contribute to reusable components, delivery standards, and best practices
Mentor other developers and help shape the development practice

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are open to both Developer and Senior Developer profiles. The right experience matters more than the title. Only professional contractors will be considered (1099 or Corp-2-Corp).

Must haves

Professional independent contractor
Hands on Salesforce development experience with a strong focus in the Manufacturing industry
Experience building or extending Sales Agreements and forecasting models
Strong understanding of manufacturing specific data models
Strong Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow skills
Experience with integrations including REST APIs and middleware
Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions
Salesforce certification
US Citizenship required at this time

Nice to haves

Background in manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments
Experience in large scale or multi org Salesforce implementations
Prior experience helping establish or scale a Salesforce practice
Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer, Sales Cloud, or Manufacturing Cloud
