**Job Title:** Senior Growth Consultant
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end growth projects for B2B scale‑up and SME clients, translating strategic vision into operational execution. Own client relationships, ensure high‑quality deliverables, drive measurable revenue impact, and contribute to agency growth through upsells and renewals.
**Expectations:**
- Become primary contact for at least 5 client accounts within the first 90 days.
- Deliver a complete strategic recommendation (audit, roadmap, KPIs) for a priority account in the first 90 days.
- Consistently meet project deadlines, maintain high client satisfaction, and achieve agreed‑upon performance metrics.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own the full project lifecycle: planning, coordination, deadline tracking, and delivery of high‑quality outputs.
- Serve as the daily client liaison: conduct calls, present findings, provide recommendations, and manage unexpected issues.
- Develop and challenge growth strategies (inbound, outbound, SEO, Paid, ABM, automation) tailored to client needs.
- Lead internal contributors and freelancers: brief, monitor progress, give feedback, and ensure alignment.
- Identify and execute upsell and renewal opportunities to expand agency revenue.
- Produce solo deliverables when required, not solely acting as a coordinator.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years B2B marketing agency experience with a 360° view of growth channels.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑party projects, anticipate blockers, and deliver on time.
- Deep expertise in inbound marketing; solid understanding of outbound and ABM tactics.
- Strong client‑facing skills: consultative, persuasive, and able to handle demanding relationships.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) for strategic calls, documentation, and international client interaction.
- Familiarity with modern growth stack tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Lemlist, Semrush, GA4).
- Experience managing remote/hybrid teams of freelancers and specialists.
- Highly autonomous, results‑driven, comfortable with ambiguity and fast‑paced environments.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (required).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Inbound, Google Analytics, Salesforce) are a plus but not mandatory.
