Job title: Senior/Medior AI Engineer (Private Banking Innovation)
Role Summary:
Deliver high-impact AI solutions for private banking by designing, prototyping, and productionizing LLM‑driven systems, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and AI agents. Collaborate closely with data engineers, IT, and business stakeholders to translate business value into scalable, regulated products while mentoring junior engineers.
Expectations:
- 3–7 years of experience as AI/ML/Data engineer.
- Strong command of Python and modern AI toolkits.
- Proven work with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Llama..), RAG, vectorDBs (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Hands‑on experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, OpenAI Assistants).
- Solid knowledge of ETL, data engineering, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS preferred).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ownership mindset.
- Banking/financial services experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop AI prototypes targeting business impact.
- Design and implement RAG architectures and vector search solutions.
- Build and integrate AI agents and workflows using LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, etc.
- Collaborate with data engineering & IT teams to production‑grade deployments.
- Engage with business units to identify use cases and articulate value.
- Mentor and coach junior AI engineers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and high‑value environment standards.
Required Skills:
- Python, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- LLM integration, fine‑tuning, prompting.
- RAG, vector search (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Agent orchestration (LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex).
- ETL pipelines, data ingestion, dataflow design.
- Cloud data services (Azure Data Lake, AWS S3, etc.).
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in AI Engineering, MLOps, Cloud (Azure/AWS), or Data Engineering are preferred.
