Are you a Software Engineer with 1–3 years of Java experience and a passion for Cloud‑native engineering?

Do you want to accelerate your career through a dedicated 2‑year training and coaching track designed to grow you into a high‑impact engineer?

As a Java Software Engineer in the Cloud Platform Squad, you’ll work on a large-scale, mission‑critical Cloud access platform built with microservices, container orchestration, and event-driven architecture. You will start at the client via Projective Talent and, after completing the 2‑year development track, transition into a permanent role within the client organization.

As a Java Software Engineer, you will:

Design, develop, and test high-quality Java software components.
Work on a distributed Cloud access platform deployed across multiple data centers using microservices.
Contribute to synchronous data replication through Kafka.
Analyze system requirements and application behaviour: performance, security, information flows, scaling, and hardware/software needs.
Use Docker and Kubernetes for containerization, orchestration, deployment, and operational monitoring.
Enhance the platform to ensure resilience, availability, and data integrity.
Participate in design reviews and propose technical improvements.
Support colleagues with technical guidance and help resolve engineering challenges.
Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Fix issues reported by integration and qualification teams.

Who are you?

1–3 years of experience as a Java Software Engineer.
Master’s degree in Computer Science.
Interest in Cloud-native development, distributed systems, and platform engineering.
Familiarity with (or strong desire to learn) Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, CI/CD, observability tools.
Analytical thinker with a hunger to learn and grow.
Collaborative, communicative, and proactive mindset.
