**Job title:** Junior UX Researcher
**Role Summary:**
Support the planning, execution, and analysis of user research for digital services. Collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points, and translate insights into design recommendations. Explore emerging AI tools to enhance research efficiency and accessibility.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop research plans, surveys, discussion guides, and usability test scripts.
- Prepare workshop and interview materials.
- Facilitate usability tests, interviews, and workshops; support client‑facing UX workshops.
- Conduct notetaking, observation, and documentation during live sessions; use approved AI tools for transcription and tagging.
- Analyze qualitative data (thematic analysis, affinity mapping) and quantitative metrics (website analytics, KPIs).
- Organize data using AI‑assisted tools to accelerate synthesis.
- Produce deliverables: reports, personas, user journey maps, IA sketches, low‑fidelity wireframes, prototypes.
- Present findings, propose improvements, and identify new service opportunities.
- Champion accessibility and inclusive design; validate insights across diverse user groups.
- Evaluate and pilot emerging research and design tools, including AI solutions.
**Required Skills:**
- Knowledge of qualitative methods (interviews, usability testing, card sorting, tree testing) and quantitative methods (surveys, analytics).
- Basic proficiency with digital research tools: note‑taking, transcription, survey platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, curiosity, empathy, and a growth mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Interest in accessibility, inclusive design, and AI‑enabled research support.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in User Experience, Human‑Computer Interaction, Psychology, Service Design, Digital Design, Anthropology, Sociology, or related discipline; or equivalent practical experience in UX or a related field.
- No mandatory certifications required, but familiarity with AI tools and research platforms is highly desirable.
