Job Description
**Job Title** SAP HR Consultant (F/H) **Role Summary** Provide end‑to‑end SAP Human Resources consulting services for large enterprise clients, focusing on configuration, analysis, and deployment of SAP HR functionalities across SAP ECC 6.0, SAP S4 HANA, and related modules (FI/CO, MM, SD). Drive requirements elicitation, solution design, data migration, testing, and user training while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and change management practices. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality SAP HR configurations that meet business requirements within agreed timelines. - Act as a technical and functional bridge between business users and the implementation team. - Demonstrate measurable impact on process efficiency and data accuracy. - Maintain ongoing stakeholder relationships and adapt to evolving project needs. **Key Responsibilities** - Configure SAP HR components: HR actions, time tracking, payroll schemes, calculation rules, and payroll schemes. - Conduct organizational and business process analysis to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. - Collect and document user requirements; author functional specifications and requirements documents. - Support solution selection, define functional scope, and validate requirements with business stakeholders. - Manage change and assist users through transition plans. - Deploy and transition solutions to production, ensuring data migration, system integration, and functional testing (recette). - Deliver end‑user training and create supporting documentation. - Coordinate with technical teams on ABAP development, Fiori, and UI5 enhancements. - Ensure compliance with project governance, quality standards, and client contractual obligations. **Required Skills** - Minimum 5 years as an SAP HR consultant or equivalent. - Deep understanding of SAP HR configuration (ECC 6.0, S4 HANA). - Functional and technical experience across SAP modules (HR, FI/CO, MM, SD). - Proficiency in ABAP, Fiori, and UI5 is advantageous. - Strong analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent communication in English (operational level). - Self‑motivated, collaborative, and adaptable to change. **Required Education & Certifications** - Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a closely related discipline. - SAP HR (HCM) certification (or equivalent) highly preferred.
