Job Description
**Job Title** HCM Consultant (F/M) **Role Summary** Deliver end‑to‑end implementation and optimization of Human Capital Management solutions, primarily Cornerstone, for clients. Serve as the liaison between HR business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring functional requirements are captured, systems parameterized, and users trained and supported. **Expectations** - Execute successful deployment of HCM modules (Recruitment, Training, Performance, etc.). - Provide expert functional consulting and continuous improvement recommendations. - Maintain high client satisfaction through clear communication, timely deliverables, and proactive issue resolution. **Key Responsibilities** - Gather, analyze, and document client functional requirements. - Facilitate scoping workshops and produce detailed functional specifications. - Configure, test, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and deploy HCM modules. - Develop training materials and deliver end‑user training sessions. - Provide post‑deployment support, including corrective and evolutionary maintenance. - Monitor system enhancements and propose process‑ and technology‑driven improvements. **Required Skills** - 2+ years of proven experience as an HRIS consultant. - Strong knowledge of core HR processes (recruitment, training, competency management). - Proficiency in configuring and parameterizing HCM modules. - Familiarity with Neocase or Cornerstone platforms preferred. - Excellent communication, written documentation, and client‑relation skills. - Analytical mindset, meticulousness, autonomy, and collaborative teamwork. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field. - Certifications in HRIS or Cornerstone (e.g., Cornerstone Administrator) are an advantage.
