Job Title: Senior Associate, Performance Marketing
Role Summary: Execute, analyze, and optimize paid acquisition strategies across Paid Social, Search, Affiliate, and CRO to scale new patient acquisition, focusing on data-driven testing and iterative improvement.
Expactations: Deliver measurable growth in paid channel performance, maintain data integrity, collaborate cross-functionally, and prepare data-backed updates for leadership reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
• Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and emerging platforms, managing pacing, QA, and performance reporting.
• Analyze results by audience, creative, and placement; identify actionable insights and partner with Creative to iterate high-performing ads.
• Coordinate affiliate and partnership programs, handling insertion orders, promos, assets, performance tracking, and compliance.
• Maintain clean data pipelines, collaborate with Analytics on accuracy, and support testing roadmaps (creative, audience, landing page) and CRO opportunities using tools like Hotjar or ContentSquare.
• Provide weekly/monthly data‑backed updates; identify top‑performing UGC and creator content for scaling.
• Stay current on privacy updates, platform innovations, and best practices; ensure alignment with Legal and other stakeholder teams.
Required Skills:
• 2–4 years in performance/growth marketing (Paid Social + Search).
• Hands‑on with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads.
• Strong analytical proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel; knowledge of marketing funnels, attribution, and growth KPIs.
• Excellent organization, communication, and multi‑project management.
• Creative problem‑solving with a bias for testing and iteration.
Required Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Certifications in Meta/Google Ads or relevant paid media platforms a plus.
